This one was a fun job. Three brand new roofs on the same lakeside property right by Castle Rock Lake in Friendship, WI. When a property has multiple structures that all need work at the same time, coordination matters. You have to keep things moving, keep the site clean, and make sure every roof gets the same level of attention - not just the biggest one.

We went with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in Morning Harvest for all three. The color was a deliberate choice. That warm tan-and-brown blend sits right at home against the water, the trees, and the natural landscape surrounding the property. It doesn't fight the environment - it fits it. That's something worth thinking about when you're picking a shingle color for a lakefront or wooded setting.

The Atlas Pinnacle Pristine line is a solid performer. It's built with Scotchgard Protector, which helps resist the algae and streaking that tends to show up on roofs in humid, shaded environments - exactly the kind of conditions you get near a lake in Wisconsin. Aesthetics are great, but long-term protection matters more.

The ridge lines came out clean and straight across all three structures, and the coursing is consistent edge to edge. That's the kind of detail that separates a quality install from a rushed one. When we wrap up a multi-structure job like this, everything has to look like it was done with the same care - because it was.

Lake properties deal with moisture, wind, and temperature swings that can wear a roof down faster than a typical inland home. Getting ahead of that with the right product and a proper install makes a real difference over the life of the roof.
