Our home was damaged in the July 27th tornado in our area which caused significant roof and interior damage. Ethan was at our house within days and checked in on us regularly while we navigated the insurance process. He worked directly with our insurance and ensured we were able to get everything we needed for a new roof and gutters. Ethan was always communicating with us on each step which was very important as we continued to get damage every time it rained until the new roof came on. Ethan kept us up to date on when they would be at the house. The team that came and worked on the roof was wonderful! Most importantly, they did a fantastic job on our roof and it looks great! We did have a slight issue with the way the roof line/gutters lined up. I contacted Ethan and he had a team over at our house within a day and fixed it. Thank you all for everything! It has been a long few months, and getting the roof done has been the most important and easiest process!
