My wife and I were extremely impressed and thoroughly pleased with the work they did on our home. It is so rare these days to hire a contractor and not have to fight for quality work or held promises—writing this review is an absolute pleasure because they genuinely earned every bit of it. From the beginning, our salesman Michael knew we were paying out of pocket so He was straightforward, clear, and followed through on 100% of his promises. No sales games, just total integrity. On installation day, the owner, Douglas, was right there on site with his team the entire day. That level of leadership made a huge difference. Douglas went above and beyond by personally addressing and fixing a couple of issues that weren't even included in our original contract, just to make sure the job was done right. Because they worked hard until after dark to finish up, Douglas sent a couple of guys back the next morning specifically to do a second thorough magnetic sweep for nails and pick up any remaining trash.
