Alec from Tomah "Any Time Roofing" was very helpful when he stopped over at our home in Wausau because of the area getting hit by damaging hail. He asked if we needed roof looked at? Told him he could go up there but no charge. Said go ahead, Alec came back explained there was significant damage and should be replaced, told Alec he would have to talk to my husband that we were thinking no damage up on our roof (are we dumb? I thought to myself).so next day Alec came and spoke to my husband explaining all the details with our roof and suggested calling insurance see their process was. We hired Alec he came few more times with some samples of roof colors, we pretty much matched the new roof color against the old, he knows what people want and his service was unbelievable. Received a date fore roofers to come. Had to change date because of stormy weather. But when the roofers came, they were excellent at the work they did in one day of a large roof!!! Next day two gentlemen came and made sure all was good up on the roof just had few things they found needed to be done, they even picked up what was missed the day before on our property!!! Big-time hail storm smashed my house and detached garage. Roofs, siding, rain gutters and trim all needed replacing. Jake stopped in and worked with the insurance adjuster to get it right.
